In order to create a great working environment, a communicative and cooperative style of management is key. An honest leadership, encouraging teamwork, helping and caring for each other, makes a huge difference. Hence, it is also likely to have a positive impact on employees’ feelings.
To make sure there is good communication and interaction in place, keep in touch with your teams. You may also want to organize some events to get to know your team members better and for them to also establish stronger connections.

Another way to achieve a pleasant working atmosphere is to pay attention to diversity and inclusivity. You may also want to give your employees the chance to talk to a coach, mentor, or therapist if they are feeling overwhelmed or are struggling emotionally. This will ensure that they come back to work feeling better and ready to be productive.
