After university, it is hard to find an enjoyable job because you don’t if you are really ready for that job. But on the way, I can find some things to do. Of course, you not going to begin with your dream job it's impossible, and if it’s possible you may be just lucky. So I think you have to find a way to find your dream job but need to push yourself into it.



What does a scrum master do ?


A Scrum Master leads Scrum ceremonies, trains teams on Scrum processes, and removes roadblocks to progress. They shield the team from external interruptions, stimulate constructive change, and act as a liaison between the product owner and the development team. As a servant leader, the Scrum Master supports the team's work without micromanaging, assuring clear communication and comprehension of objectives, as well as technical execution, which increases overall productivity.

As a Scrum Master, you have numerous career paths available, there is few good option where you can choose your direction:


Agile Coach: Guide entire organizations on implementing Agile methodologies.
